When you visit our website or make an enquiry, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself or a young person in your care, including but not limited to the following:

• An emergency contact by name and phone number

• Any medical or health conditions that may help us to provide more effective care during an expedition

This information is collected by way of online enquiry forms, correspondence and/or medical forms.

Use of your information

The information collected enables us to provide our services. Ridgeline Expeditions carefully shares the information you provide (name, contact number and applicable health concerns) with staff to ensure they can effectively manage participants' well-being during activities.

At times, it may also be necessary to carefully share relevant information with third parties, such as external suppliers and travel agencies and, in the event of an emergency, medical professionals. However, we will never sell or pass your information on in any other context.

Information storage/retention

Information provided to Ridgeline Expeditions will be held securely until such time as it is no longer needed to provide our service to you. This is usually 6 months after your involvement in an activity. In the event of a participant being involved in an accident, we reserve the right to hold details and medical forms securely for 3 years or, if longer, until the participant's 21st birthday.
